Ordering FAQs

We are delighted that you chose Central Coast Creamery for your cheesy needs!

Please read the following information regarding fulfillment and shipping of our products: 

• We will fulfill orders as we have product available. Any orders placed after 12 p.m. on Tuesday will be shipped the following week to ensure the quality of your purchase. If your order will take longer to process, we will be sure to reach out to you. 
  
  
• California-bound shipments are sent via ground shipping with GLS and should arrive within 1-2 business days. You should receive a shipping confirmation from both our website and GLS.
  
  
• Outside of California-bound shipments are sent via 2-day express shipping with FedEx and will arrive within 2 business days. You should receive a shipping confirmation from both our website and FedEx.
  
  
• Please be sure to include a phone number with your purchase so our carriers can contact either you or your recipient if there are any issues delivering your order.
